All deposits are non refundable. This includes training days and hair deposits. 

​

48 hours notice is needed if needing to cancel or re arrange your appointment. You will be charged 100% of your appointment fee if you cancel or re arrange within 48 hours of your appointment.

Please make sure you are happy with the length, colour and thickness of your hair before it is fitted. All hair and fitting is non refundable.

All payments must be made before or during your appointment before you leave the salon.

​

Getting hair extensions fitted by Studio B means you agree to follow aftercare advise given and attend regular maintenance appointments. Failure to do this will void any discrepency regarding hair or installation. 

​

Studio B will not be held responsible for any hair supplier issues.

​

Studio B is not liable if hair has been removed, cut or tampered with by a third party.
